VLTs in Saskatchewan

Where VLTs can be

A site needs a tavern or restaurant liquor permit with a lounge endorsement and at least 30 seats in the age-restricted area⁸. New sites receive three VLTs as they become available⁹.

People under 19 may not access or even watch VLT play, inside or outside the site¹⁰.

How the games are checked

Every play has a random outcome, and nobody can predict what comes next¹¹. New games are tested by Gaming Laboratories International and then by WCLC on the central system before they go live¹².

There is no single province-wide top prize: the maximum win per spin is shown in each game's help screens¹³.

Limits you can set

The screen shows a clock at all times. You can pre-select a session of up to 60 minutes and extend it once before the terminal cashes out¹⁴.

A voluntary, anonymous Player Services Account lets you set time and spend limits and review your history¹⁵.
